Last season, he managed only 26 minutes of action in the 2024/25 campaign, according to Transfermarkt, but this time around, he seems ready to stake a stronger claim.

His latest outing for Barcelona's reserve side, a friendly played behind closed doors at the Ciutat Esportiva, served as a key rehearsal ahead of the new season.

Guillermo gave Barcelona the lead in the 19th minute before Aziz doubled the advantage eight minutes later with a neat finish, putting his side firmly in control.

Atlètic Lleida pulled one back from the penalty spot shortly after the half-hour mark, creating a tense atmosphere going into the break.

They later found an equaliser, leaving Barca coach Juliano Belletti visibly frustrated on the touchline.

But summer recruit Roony Bardghji had the final say. The Swedish winger struck what proved to be the winner, sealing a 3–2 victory for Barça Atlètic.
