Ghanaian political activist Ralph St Williams has landed on Afia Schwarzenegger's radar after a video of him lambasting nurses at the Ridge Hospital for allegedly neglecting their duties.

Ralph famed for his outspoken stance on national and social issues, confronted the health workers at Ridge Hospital, accusing them of operating with "no sense of urgency."

His outburst, which caused a scene at the health facility, has courted divided opinions on social media.

According to Afia Schwarzenegger, Ralph St Williams acted "foolishly", alleging that the serial political activist's outburst was unwarranted.

"How dare you go to a facility and start threatening health workers?" Afia Schwarzenegger said in a video sighted by YEN.com.gh.

Afia, now based in the US, was unhappy with Ralph's approach and heavily criticised his insatiable appetite to publish his encounters on social media.

"Must you video everything and post on social media? You're depicting your stupidity and foolishness. If Ghana were any serious country, this young man should be in jail by now," she said.

Afia Schwarzenegger, in criticising Ralph St Williams, blamed John Dramani Mahama for entertaining the latter's behaviour.
