The founder and leader of Prophetic Hill Chapel, Prophet Nigel Gaisie, has reacted to the tragic crash at Adansi Akrofum in the Ashanti Region on Wednesday, August 6, 2025.
In a post on his Facebook page, the outspoken man of God called for Ghanaians to pray as he reminded them that he foresaw the tragedy in July and spoke about it.

The plane crash claimed the lives of three crew members and five passengers, including the Minister of Defence, Dr. Edward Omane Boamah, and the Minister for Environment, Science, and Technology, Ibrahim Murtala Muhammed. The post read.

Reactions to Nigel Gaisie's prophecy
Social media users who reacted to the prophecy have expressed sorrow over the passing of the eight people.
Esther Anka stated:
"Prophet Nigel Gaisie is a man of God who does not just give prophecy but goes above and beyond to ensure he does everything in his power for a positive outcome. I am speaking from a personal experience. I have never met him before in my life, but I have experienced his prophecy, kindness and abundant blessings. Ghana is blessed with some great prophets, but we refuse to acknowledge and appreciate our very own. God bless you, Prophet."
Cindy Sackey opined:
"In situations like this, was there something the Ghanaian people or government could have done to prevent it? Or was it inevitable, perhaps the prophecy was ignored by those involved, or it was simply too late to act? I would be grateful if my question is responded to. Thank you."

Sam George mourns late colleague
Earlier, YEN.com.gh reported that Samuel Nartey George has expressed sorrow over the death of Dr Edward Omane Boamah on Wednesday, August 6, 2025.
The Communications Minister, in a Facebook post, mourned the demise of Omane Boamah, with whom he had a close relationship.
He recalls his frequent conversations with Omae Boamah, noting how his late colleague always tasked him with the responsibility of caring for his mother in his absence.
