Reactions to Ernest Kumi's passing
Social media users who took to the comments section of the video have sympathised with relatives of the late NPP MP.
Juliana Yaa Asiedu reacted:
"Now, when you meet someone, turn back and look at him or her again, because you might not see them again. Death is striking left and right. What hurts me is premature death, someone’s helper, someone’s beneficiary, bringing afflictions to the world. Aden?"
Charles Ayeebo replied:
"So sad. May his soul rest in peace. A young guy like that just passed away, it's very painful. Let's put politics aside; the guy was good."
Okyeman Ba Nana Kwame opined:
"He was my godfather, uncle, brother, family, and a destiny changer. My father gave me a life in the Ghana Prisons Service even when he was not an MP. I can't even hold it. Death is wicked."
Eddy Blay reacted:
"We are living on rented soil, calling ourselves humans, yet we do not know who paid the rent or when the owner will come for the keys. We walk on dust that will one day claim us back. We laugh with borrowed breath and dance on the ground that waits in silence. Each day, we rise and sleep as if we own time, but time is not ours, and the ground is not ours. We are tenants of the unknown."
