Daddy Lumba’s manager, Roman Fada, has responded to the backlash from his recent introduction of his late boss's wives, Akosua Serwaa and Odo Broni.

In an interview with media personality Captain Smart on the Onua Maakye show on Tuesday, August 5, 2025, the artist manager noted that he had initially decided not to address the matter.
He noted that he wanted to adopt Daddy Lumba's approach to deal with the recent controversy that brewed at the residence of the late musician.
Roman Fada stated that a blogger deceptively edited the infamous footage of him introducing the highlife musician's wives. He noted that he later confronted the blogger, who apologised for his actions.

He denied claims of disrespecting Daddy Lumba's first wife, Akosua Serwaa and recounted a past interaction with his late boss.
The former running mate of the late Ghana Freedom Party (GFP) leader, Akua Donkor, also denied rumours of tension between Akosua Serwaa and Odo Broni at home.

Roman Fada's remarks come days after he received massive backlash after introducing Daddy Lumba's second wife, Odo Broni, as his legitimate spouse during former Vice President Dr Mahamudu Bawumia's visit to the late singer's residence on Sunday, August 3, 2025.
Addressing a crowd of dignitaries that converged at the residence, he introduced all the members of the family.
During his introduction, Roman Fada addressed Akosua Serwaa as Daddy Lumba’s first wife. He then described Odo Broni as 'Mrs Fosu,' indicating her position as the recognised spouse of Daddy Lumba.
The artist manager's remarks sparked outrage from Ghanaians, who felt he had not properly acknowledged Akosua Serwaa's status as the first wife.
