Award-winning Kumawood actor Lil Win has slammed his colleague Emelia Brobbey over her recent interview with Sandra Sarfo Ababio.

In a viral video seen by YEN.com.gh on Tuesday, August 12, 2025, the comic actor fumed as he blasted his colleague for asking Sandra Ababio questions he deemed as 'irrelevant.'

Lil Win also accused Emelia Brobbey of being a 'pretender' and claimed that she was disrespectful and mean towards Sandra when they met on the set of her first-ever Kumawood movie, Adofo Asa.

The Kumawood actor claimed that Emelia and some of her colleagues had resentment towards Sandra Ababio and had attempted to create unnecessary drama to derail his career.

Sandra Ababio praises Lil Win

Lil Win's harsh remarks about Emelia Brobbey stemmed from a recent interview she had with Sandra Sarfo Ababio, who praised the A Country Called Ghana movie producer.

During the interview, she opened up about her relationship with her former mentor and how their first encounter changed her life for the better.

According to Sandra Ababio, her first encounter with Lil Win in 2014 influenced her decision to venture into real estate as another source of revenue.

The beautiful actress recounted how she used to live in a chamber and hall apartment with several others, which was very distressing.

She noted that Lil Win, on seeing her poor living condition in 2014, advised her to focus on acquiring landed properties rather than excessively spending on expensive accessories.

Sandra Sarfo Ababio also expressed that she had no regret knowing her former mentor, whom she thanked for introducing her to the film industry and making her a prominent figure on the silver screen.

Lil Win confronts driver after near-accident

Earlier, YEN.com.gh reported that Lil Win confronted a driver after a near-accident on the Sunyani road on Tuesday, August 12, 2025.

In a video, the Kumawood actor accused the driver of intentionally attempting to cause an accident with his overtaking manoeuvre on the road.

The driver later knelt and attempted to apologise to Lil Win and the officers of the Ghana Police Service.
