Ghanaian content creator Abena Payola has courted attention online after she shared some disturbing audio recordings she received from a TikTok user.

Abena Payola, during a TikTok live interaction on Tuesday, August 19, 2025, opened up about the targeted attack.

In the voice recording Abena Payola played, the woman threatened to leak some unclad footage of her.

The person also ridiculed Abena Payola's reported struggles with childbirth.

Abena Payola said she investigated the account and was willing to cast it out to ensure justice was served for the harm caused.

The TikTok sensation was seen sobbing while she reflected on the insults.

Oheneni Adazoa rallies behind Abena Payola

Sompa FM radio host, Oheneni Adazoa, was disgusted by the attack on Abena Payola and the unwarranted efforts to make her feel less of a woman because of her barrenness.

The host of Sompa Nkomo said she couldn't contain her emotions after she chanced on the attack on Abena Payola.

"How can you ridicule someone because of childlessness? Let's say you (with a child) ridicule someone because of their childlessness, and the person loses their cool to pronounce curses on your children, what will be the difference between you two?" Oheneni Adazoa asked.

The media personality was disgusted as she cautioned netizens to be mindful of their utterances.

"Whoever did that video should bow their head in shame. You need home training. God should forgive you," Oheneni Adazoa noted.

The broadcaster has been vocal about her struggles to conceive for over two decades.

In a recent interview, Oheneni Adazoa established that she remained hopeful despite struggling to conceive for 21 years, having tried six IVFs.

Because of the struggles, she founded an all-women support group dubbed the Women of Faith fellowship.

In less than a year, the Women of Faith fellowship, which was birthed by a prophecy from one of Oheneni Adazoa's spiritual guides, has admitted 1113 members and recorded three safe deliveries.

Oheneni Adazoa brushes off pregnancy rumous

Earlier, YEN.com.gh reported that Oheneni Adazoa had confirmed that she was not pregnant, contrary to the widespread rumours online.

The rumours began to pop up shortly after her stint on The Delay Show, where she publicly talked about her 20-year pregnancy struggle for the first time.

Speaking to Smart Ghana TV in a video published on August 4, 2025, Oheneni Adazoa confirmed that the rumours were untrue and explained why she didn't bother reacting when the reports first surfaced online.
