He then said, "Oh, for Shatta Wale, we are grieving, so let us finish with that," in reference to the wreath-laying ceremony held at the Jubilee House for the recent helicopter crash victims.

According to EOCO, the seizure of the Lamborghini is linked to an FBI case in which Shatta Wale and a former officer of the National Signals Bureau are persons of interest.

In a press release issued by the EOCO on Tuesday, August 5, 2025, and sighted by YEN.com.gh, Shatta Wale was said to have in his possession a Lamborghini Urus, which the Federal Bureau of Investigations (FBI) had tied to one Nana Kwabena Amuah, who is currently serving an 86-month prison term in the United States.

Raymond Archer's reaction has revived conversations about Shatta Wale's brush with the law following his link to a US crime.

Speaking to YEN.com.gh, entertainment analyst Yaw Boadu-Ayeboafoh argued that Shatta Wale's rants about the EOCO ordeal were not ideal.

"It's unfortunate that one of our most successful artiste is linked to an alleged crime of this nature. The musician has also not helped himself in any way with his demeanour and rants since the issue popped up. It casts a suspicious look on the others."
